Job summary

This role provides advanced financial support for oncology clinical trials and research programs, ensuring compliance with Baptist Health policies and SOPs, and coordinating budget development and financial management for industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated studies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in research finance, clinical trials budgeting, or grants administration.
• Strong knowledge of federal regulations.
• Familiar with NCI, NIH, and cooperative group financial guidelines.
• Pre-award budget development and post-award financial management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget development, MCA negotiation, and pre-/post-award financial management.
• Provide CTMS financial oversight and sponsor invoicing.
• Track grants and deliver financial reporting for industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated studies.
• Collaborate with investigators, operations, and finance leadership.
