You will lead an established team, drive medical operations, ensure study quality, and manage P&L to deliver revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings commercially minded leadership and 5+ years in clinical research.

Metric Bio are partnered with a leading US-based clinical site network, in search for a Clinical Research Director for one of their flagship sites based out of Florida.

This position is an opportunity to take charge of an already established, high-performing clinical research site in a fully-fledged Site Director/General Manager role, and work with an experienced team.

This is an opportunity best suited to a commercially-minded operator, able to take full P&L accountability and produce consistent revenue generation. We are looking for someone to come into an established clinical trial site setup, maintain excellence, and elevate performance to a new level.
