Job summary

The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine seeks a Data Manager for the Dean's Office of Clinical Research. This role will own MUSTANG and related research systems, design data workflows, and deliver high-quality reports to support clinical research activities.

You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, support budgeting and invoicing processes, and contribute to process improvements while ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field or related area.
• Seven years of relevant work experience can substitute for education.
• Three years of experience in managing large data sets and reporting data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for MUSTANG clinical research system.
• Develop and maintain data workflows across MUSTANG, CTMS, Epic, and Complion.
• Create reports supporting clinical research activities and sponsor invoicing.
• Collaborate with research ops, finance, compliance, and IT to improve workflows.
• Support audit readiness through data verification and documentation.
