Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of technology tools to organize, store and manage database systems.
• Knowledge of data gathering and reporting within a department.
• Understanding of healthcare regulatory bodies affecting practice.
• Knowledge of rights and responsibilities of patients and caregivers.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Interact with coworkers and staff per Jefferson values.
• Perform research, data management, biospecimen processing, and clerical duties to support clinical trials.
• Organize and maintain documentation required for clinical trials.
• Inform Principal Investigator of any issues related to patient response to treatment and adverse events.
• Assist Principal Investigator with regulatory filings including IRB submissions.
• May assist in enrollment of human subjects.
• Provide clerical and technical support to ensure adherence to research protocols.
