Milestone One in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Site/Study Coordinator to support a medical institution in clinical trial-related activities. You will handle protocol-specific tasks, assist in feasibility, patient recruitment, informed consent, data entry, lab coordination, and on-site logistics under the supervision of Milestone One management.

The role involves communication with sponsors and CROs, scheduling visits, maintaining regulatory compliance, and training site staff.

Qualifications

• Two years coordinating clinical research involving human subjects.
• Experience with site logistics, data entry and study documents.
• Ability to follow protocols, ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary communication line between Milestone One, sponsor or CRO, and the medical institution.
• Support feasibility evaluation and respond to feasibility questions promptly.
• Identify and evaluate potential study participants for eligibility.
• Assist in development of recruitment tools and site documentation to improve study timelines.
• Obtain informed consent and ensure necessary assessments per protocol.
• Coordinate local and central lab testing and shipment per SOPs.
• Schedule sponsor/CRO visits and support on-site monitoring.
• Track recruitment, report amendments, and support enrollment targets.
• Enter data into EDC systems and resolve data queries per protocol.
• Help handle investigational products and maintain study blinding where required.
• Ensure staff training, regulatory documents submission, and audits readiness.
