Job summary

Suncoast Research Associates, LLC in New York seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to manage studies in accordance with FDA regulations, GCP, and institutional policies.

You will screen participants, coordinate with investigators, maintain trial documentation, and ensure data integrity and subject safety. Strong organization, bilingual English/Spanish, and at least 2 years of clinical research experience are required; full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience is required.
• High School Diploma or its equivalent; College degree preferred.
• Understands regulatory requirements, as well as Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
• Knowledgeable in medical terminology.
• Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel, as well as proprietary applications used in clinical research.
• Bilingual- English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinical research studies per protocol, SOPs, and GCP.
• Screen study participants and review medical records.
• Work with Investigators to ensure data integrity and subject safety.
• Maintain accurate study records and regulatory documentation.
• Communicate with sponsors, IRB, and regulatory bodies as required.
