Job summary

MPF Federal, LLC seeks an Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator to provide on-site clinical research support at RTC Great Lakes, IL and FHCC. The role involves pathogen surveillance, vaccine effectiveness evaluations, and epidemiologic studies among trainees, with a full-time schedule Monday–Friday and occasional weekends.

Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $60,000 annually, with final salary based on factors such as experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Two years of college completed or bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Experience with clinical trial protocols and data collection.
• Familiarity with GCP and Human Research Protections (45 CFR 46; 21 CFR 50, 56).
• Ability to handle infectious materials and maintain biosafety practices.

Responsibilities

• Support NHRC OID Directorate studies under supervision of senior staff.
• Screen, identify, and enroll eligible recruits into NHRC protocols following IRB procedures.
• Administer informed consent per GCP and Navy guidelines for vulnerable populations.
• Explain study aims, risks, and privacy protections to recruits clearly.
• Track enrollment, consent forms, and attrition data across divisions.
• Collect and manage biospecimens per SOPs and biosafety precautions.
• Enter data into eCRFs and study databases on schedule.
