Job summary

This role requires attention to detail, prior CRC or assistant experience, and familiarity with EDC/CTMS/eTMF systems. A Bachelor's degree in science or health-related field is required, with phlebotomy experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year CRC experience or two years CRC assistant.
• Experience with EDC, CTMS, and eTMF systems.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science/health field.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PI with lab processing, data entry and subject pre-screening.
• Own studies from qualification to close-out where assigned.
• Set up site, calibrate equipment, order supplies.
• Attend SQVs, SIVs, and monitoring visits with PI.
• Support site growth and coordination with staff and sponsors.
• Ensure adherence to GCP, ALCOA-C++, and IRB protocols.
• Help expand trial management tech across site network.
