Job summary

The University of Miami invites applications for a full-time Clinical Research Coordinator 2 in the Department of Psychiatry, UHealth. This role conducts patient intake, triage, and supports research activities for the Tics, OCD, and Related Disorders program.

Responsibilities include data collection, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with the Chair and research team. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience; evening/weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in participant recruitment and retention activities and screening for eligibility.
• Perform study procedures, routine tests, data collection and daily operations of protocols.
• Collect, process, pack and ship specimens according to protocol and regulations.
• Maintain study binders and filings per protocol and policy.
• Distribute study drug materials as delegated by the Principal Investigator.
• Monitor and report adverse events and protocol deviations.
• Assist with protocol amendments and in-services for the research team.
• Coordinate communications with sponsors, data centers, and regulatory personnel.
