Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to support oncology trials across regional clinics. You will manage patient activity, coordinate regulatory and consent processes, and ensure data quality across multiple studies.

The role requires communication with physicians and patients, and participation in tumor boards and team meetings. The role involves travel to regional sites as needed and may include blood sample processing and data submission in alignment with study

Qualifications

• 2 years clinical research experience.
• Bachelor's degree required. Master’s or PhD may be considered in lieu of experience.
• Certifications such as BLS CPR AED are preferred or may be required per protocol.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clinical research participants via telephone, telehealth or in-person.
• Coordinate regulatory documentation to comply with FDA, policy, and IRB requirements.
• Schedule procedures and assist with consent processes.
• Develop and maintain data collection tools and case report forms.
• Prepare protocols for IRB submission and assist in reports for funding or agencies.
