Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to coordinate patient activities and data collection for oncology trials across regional clinics. The role interfaces with physicians and study teams, ensuring protocol adherence and patient safety.

Based in Fort Worth and Dallas regions, travel may be required to regional clinics. Responsibilities include screening and enrolling subjects, coordinating trial procedures, and managing regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in medical or science related field required.
• 2 years clinical research experience preferred; may consider more experience or advanced degree.
• BLS/CPR certification may be required based on study protocols or location requirements.
• ACRP or SOCRA certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient activities and data collection for clinical trials.
• Manage regulatory documents to ensure compliance with policies and FDA requirements.
• Schedule procedures and screen/enroll subjects per protocol guidelines.
• Assist in data entry, data management, and reporting for trials.
