Description:

The Clinical Research Coordinator II (CRC II) serves the AdventHealth Research Institute (AHRI), under limited supervision, to plan, coordinate, evaluate, and perform nursing care of participants and collect data for research projects. The CRC II follows study-specific protocols, communicates with Principal Investigators, Sub-Investigators, Clinical Research Lead, and support staff. The role involves advocating for patients while adhering to industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated trial regulations, FDA, and ICH/GCP guidelines.

The role you’ll contribute:

Coordinate and perform research activities, ensure compliance with protocols and regulations, communicate effectively with all stakeholders, and maintain accurate documentation. Manage multiple protocols, prepare documentation for IRB, and collaborate with sponsors and support staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of clinical research experience, or
• Associates Degree with 4 years of experience, or
• Graduate of an accredited allied health program with 6 years of healthcare or research experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Healthcare, Research or related field
• Experience in the area of specialty
• Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC)
• Basic and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certifications
• Other applicable certifications (e.g., medical assistant, phlebotomy)
