Job summary

Adams Clinical in the Bronx is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II to manage one or more trials, oversee day-to-day study operations, and collaborate with our research team under senior guidance.

The CRC II will independently handle screening, enrollment, protocol adherence, and data entry, while supervising junior staff and ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced psychiatric/neurological trial setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of clinical research experience.
• Experience managing complex studies.
• Strong communication with sponsors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of trials with oversight from senior staff.
• Oversee screening, enrollment, and visit-related activities.
• Train and supervise junior CRCs or RAs.
• Ensure data quality, IP accountability, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as liaison with sponsors, monitors, and CROs.
