This role requires protocol mastery, strong communication with sponsors, and the ability to supervise CRC I/RA staff. You’ll maintain data quality, IP accountability, and inspection readiness while advancing site performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of clinical research experience, industry-sponsored trials preferred.
• Strong communication with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Ability to independently manage complex trials and portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of complex/high-volume trials with guidance.
• Conduct participant visits, screenings, and eligibility assessments per protocol.
• Lead start-up activities, regulatory readiness, and staff training.
