Job summary

Epia Neuro is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I to support the day-to-day execution of a user study evaluating a wearable robotic device for stroke-related motor impairment. You will assist study documentation, participant scheduling, and in-visit support, collaborating closely with the study and engineering teams.

Responsibilities include drafting SOPs, assisting with enrollment, coordinating visits, and ensuring data integrity per GCP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences, biology, kinesiology, psychology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with GCP, IRB protocols, or clinical study documentation is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain SOPs and IRB-ready study documentation for visit workflows.
• Support enrollment and screening with logs and case report forms.
• Schedule visits and manage the study calendar with the team.
• Take anthropometric measurements and 3D scans for device sizing.
• Greet participants, orient them to the visit, and guide study activities.
• Manage in-visit data collection and study records per protocol.
