Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to manage coordination and administration of multiple clinical trials. You will work closely with principal investigators to facilitate all aspects of assigned studies and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

You will screen, recruit, and follow participants, collect and report study data, and liaise with departments to ensure protocol compliance and successful study execution.

Responsibilities

• Completes new coordinator orientation and trainings.
• Coordinates phases of research studies with moderate oversight.
• Implements study protocols per SOPs, FDA, OHRP, and GCP regulations.
• Develops coordinator/sponsor relationship and prepares startup plans.
• Submits regulatory documents timely with guidance from senior staff.
• Ensures training and certification for all study team members.
• Coordinates procedures with departments to ensure protocol compliance.
• Recruits patients and develops recruitment materials with clinicians.
