Iterative Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I in Mansfield, TX to support day-to-day trial activities and ensure patient safety per protocol. You will coordinate visits, manage data, and liaise with sponsors, CROs, and investigators to keep studies moving on schedule.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in clinical research, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform blood draws and EKGs. This on-site role offers growth in a fast-paced, compliant environment.

Qualificações

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline required.
• 1–3 years of clinical research or healthcare experience required.
• Must be able to perform blood draw, medical review (BP, height, weight) & EKGs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with standard office software and willingness to learn clinical research systems.

Responsabilidades

• Support coordination and execution of industry-sponsored clinical trials under guidance of site leadership.
• Coordinate patient visits, procedures, and study-related activities per protocol and timelines.
• Assist with patient recruitment, chart review, scheduling, and informed consent coordination.
• Conduct protocol-required patient visits and assessments per GCP and site SOPs.
• Perform protocol-required procedures including vital signs, ECGs, collection of specimens, and accountability.
• Process laboratory specimens and shipments per protocol and IATA regulations.
• Maintain accurate study documentation, source records, and CTMS updates.
• Ensure high-quality data entry and timely resolution of data queries.
• Serve as a point of contact for study participants and communicate with sponsors/CROs.
• Support monitoring visits and maintain inventory of study equipment and investigational products.
