Job summary

Alliance Clinical Network is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I to support clinical trials in West Hills, CA and Canoga Park, CA. The role involves coordinating visits, data collection, and ensuring protocol adherence on-site with PI oversight.

The ideal candidate brings CPT certification, 2+ years of phlebotomy/EKG experience, and solid knowledge of FDA regulations and GCP. You will work Monday–Friday in a fast-paced clinical environment, ensuring data accuracy and participant safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with phlebotomy and EKG procedures; CPT license required.
• Associate’s degree in healthcare or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Demonstrated analytical reasoning skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven customer service skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate study visits and manage data collection.
• Administer questionnaires and monitor participant compliance.
• Obtain informed consent and maintain regulatory files.
• Enter data into electronic data capture (EDC) systems and resolve data queries.
• Support recruitment and engagement of participants.
• Monitor health of participants and report adverse events (AEs) or serious adverse events (SAEs).
