Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of healthcare experience or 2 to 4 years as a Clinical Research Assistant.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for offsite locations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Healthcare and/or Research experience preferred.
• Clear criminal history.
• Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications and email.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to travel for off-site meetings as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of clinical research activities for assigned studies at investigative sites.
• Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in implementing study protocols under Principal Investigator supervision.
• Ensure data quality and timely completion of study timelines.
• Participate in 24-hour on-call rotation.
• Support off-site locations as needed.
