Responsibilities

• Conduct patient intake, vital signs, and preliminary assessments.
• Push fluids, titrate drips, and recalculate rates as condition shifts hour to hour.
• Lead chemotherapy administration education days and translate guidance for patients.
• Respond to patient needs with compassion and clinical judgment.
• Recognize and escalate changes in patient status promptly.
• Monitor and replenish clinical supplies and medication stock.
• Run morning huddles to coordinate care for Winston-Salem patients.
