Job summary

Carolina Nephrology Clinical Research in Greenville, SC is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join a growing team. This is a hands-on role coordinating trials, enrolling participants, and ensuring compliance with GCP, FDA, and IRB requirements in a fast-paced environment.

You'll collaborate with physicians, sponsors, and monitors, training staff and developing study protocols while traveling to satellite locations as needed. A CMA or healthcare degree is welcomed to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating clinical research studies preferred.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or life sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple clinical research studies from initiation to close-out.
• Screen, recruit, and enroll eligible participants with informed consent.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, IATA, FDA, IRB and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage data, adverse events, and protocol deviations.
• Maintain case report forms and regulatory documentation.
• Act as liaison with sponsors, monitors, labs, and auditors.
• Train team members on procedures and documentation standards.
• Assist in developing study protocols and manuals.
• Stay updated on industry practices and trends.
• Travel to satellite offices and occasional extended hours.
