Job summary

Rovia Clinical Research in Utah is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to manage and execute trials in line with study protocols and ICH/GCP guidelines. You will partner with site teams to support startup, enrollment, data quality, and overall study success.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient visits, performing vital signs and phlebotomy, ensuring informed consent, training participants, monitoring safety, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of clinical research experience.
• Experience with patient-facing activities (phlebotomy, vitals, EKG) or ophthalmology tasks is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient visits per study protocol.
• Perform vital signs, EKGs, sample collection and handling.
• Obtain and document informed consent.
• Guide participants through studies and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor subject safety, report adverse events.
• Complete source documentation and EDC data entry.
• Resolve data queries and ensure data integrity.
• Maintain investigational product accountability and storage.
• Prepare for monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
• Collaborate with site staff to ensure protocol adherence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
