Job summary

Tufts Medical Center is seeking an entry- to mid-level Clinical Research Assistant to support planning and execution of clinical studies. You will work with the Principal Investigator to enroll participants, collect data, and ensure regulatory compliance in a patient-centered environment.

The role involves coordinating IRB processes, maintaining study documentation, and performing essential data entry and QC checks to support study outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with 4 years of related experience.
• BLS certification may be required based on role requirements.
• Two years in research related activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in recruitment of study participants.
• Completes follow up with study participants.
• Maintains regulatory binders and study documents.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA and FDA GCP guidelines.
• Assists with IRB requirements and submissions.
• Performs basic laboratory activities as needed.
• Verifies information with physician and obtains informed consent.
• Coordinates data queries and performs data entry.
