Job summary

ALS is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator in Irving, TX. You will plan, coordinate, and execute clinical studies, collect and manage trial data, and support compliant, accurate study execution under PI supervision.

The role requires a 4-year degree, life sciences background, and 1–2 years in clinical settings, with required computer skills and safety/pharmacology certificates preferred. This is an on-site position at ALS facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4 year university.
• BS/BA in life sciences preferred.
• Current certificate for Human Protections, Good Clinical Practices, Bloodborne Pathogens preferred.
• Computer skills required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in clinical industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support planning, initiation, implementation and day-to-day execution of clinical studies per protocols and GCP.
• Prepare and maintain study materials and documentation including consent forms and screening materials.
• Explain study procedures and obtain informed consent, confirm eligibility with recruitment team.
• Prepare study areas, patches, supplies, and related preparation records.
• Log and dispose of test articles per protocol and safety guidelines.
• Monitor subjects, document observations, and record adverse events in study records.
• Operate study instruments, ensure data collection and storage of files.
• Maintain study data tables and databases for oversight and reporting.
• Provide support to senior staff and management as needed.
