Job summary

ALS Limited is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ to support safety and efficacy studies under PI supervision. You will coordinate protocols, logistics, and study operations with the sponsor and PI, while supervising Clinical Research Assistants to maintain GCP compliance.

Responsibilities include planning day-to-day activities, coordinating recruitment criteria, monitoring responses, and assisting with reports for sponsors. Strong life sciences background preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in life sciences preferred.
• 1–2 years' experience in clinical industry.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and company SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates safety and efficacy studies under PI supervision per protocol and GCP.
• Coordinates planning, development and implementation of clinical protocols and logistics per sponsor and PI.
• Supervises Clinical Research Assistants and ensures SOP/GCP compliance.
• Oversees planning, scheduling and day-to-day clinical activities to maximize workflow and subject availability.
• Collaborates with Recruitment to ensure entrance criteria are observed before enrollment.
• Monitors subjects' response to treatment and reports data to investigators promptly.
• Assists Clinical Management in generating protocols and interim/final sponsor reports.
• Orders and maintains inventory of laboratory supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
