The ideal candidate has at least one year coordinating clinical research from initiation to completion, with phlebotomy skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) required.
• Proficiency in data entry.
• Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to clinical research.
• Phlebotomy and blood sampling techniques is required.
• Patient recruitment experience required.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols and timelines.
• Analyze data collected during trials and maintain accurate records for compliance management.
• Oversee blood sampling procedures and ensure proper handling and documentation.
• Train on clinical trial protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure participant safety and integrity of data.
• Utilize software for data capture and reporting
• Maintain knowledge of medical terminology to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.

Role Overview

This position works on-site at the physician’s practice. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in medical terminology, data management, and clinical trials management. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience coordinating all aspects of clinical research projects from initiation to completion. Phlebotomy skills required.
