Job summary

MultiCare Health System seeks a Program Manager for Research Compliance and Quality Assurance to oversee regulatory adherence and quality across clinical research. You will support PIs and CRCs, participate in audits, and develop processes that improve compliance and efficiency.

Lead with clinic managers to embed a culture of continuous improvement, guiding staff to follow CMS, FDA, and ICH guidelines while enabling business value and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or healthcare preferred.
• Graduate degree in business, healthcare management or related field preferred.
• CHRC preferred; GCP certification required or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Experience: minimum six years in clinical research, with regulatory focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory compliance and QA across clinical research units.
• Support PIs and CRCs in regulatory adherence and audits.
• Develop quality processes and improve policies for research activities.
• Collaborate with clinic managers and leadership to enable value creation.
