Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required; Master of Science preferred.
• Four to six years of experience with office, statistical, and bioinformatics or data-mining software.
• Experience in clinical and community-based research preferred, pediatric experience desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant clinical research software; REDCap/SPSS/SAS/Stata favored.
• GCP and CITI training as applicable to study responsibilities.
• Native or fluent Spanish-English bilingual proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily research operations and study-site logistics.
• Recruit, screen, enroll, consent, and follow participants per protocols.
• Collect, manage, and analyze research data ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain regulatory documents, study files, IRB submissions.
• Monitor recruitment, data quality, and milestones; coordinate with collaborators.
• Support literature reviews, statistical analyses, manuscripts, grants, and reports.
• Communicate effectively with investigators, staff, participants, families, and partners.
