The role requires strong organization, problem-solving, teamwork, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Phlebotomy experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead data acquisition and data entry for study activities.
• Recruit, schedule, and retain study participants; obtain informed consent.
• Maintain professional expertise through scientific literature.
• Exercise judgment on significant research matters and propose actions.
• Coordinate communication between project investigators and directors.
• Assist in collection, processing, and transport of biospecimens.
• Perform additional duties as needed; complete special projects.
• Utilize electronic data capture systems (REDCap or similar).
