Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology or Life Sciences required.
• 5-7 years of experience in clinical research monitoring.
• Strong command of the local language for monitoring activities.
• Proven ability to manage monitoring activities autonomously.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and oversight to the clinical research associate team for project adherence.
• Conduct co-monitoring and evaluation visits as needed.
• Ensure timely investigator site visits and compliance.
• Assist in developing study-specific Monitoring Plans and training materials.
• Perform qualification, initiation, interim, and close-out visits, both remotely and onsite.

For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Research Associate to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will support clinical study execution by ensuring site-level monitoring activities are performed with rigor, consistency, and in alignment with protocol and regulatory expectations. The position partners closely with project managers and site teams to help maintain compliance, quality, and study timelines. It also provides opportunities to contribute to monitoring strategy, training, and oversight across assigned studies.

Compensation: $115,000 – $135,000 annually
