Job summary

DHR Health Institute for Research and Development is seeking a Clinical Research Assistant to support administrative and clinical tasks in the Research Department. Responsibilities include triage of patients, vital assessments, phlebotomy, sample handling, data entry, and patient registration for clinical trials.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, CNA/MA related training, and BLS certification, with strong computer and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA/MA/PCA or equivalent program preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills required.
• Some evenings or weekend work may be required.
• Familiar with medical/technical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients and conduct vital assessments for trial participants.
• Perform phlebotomy activities and provide injections as needed.
• Assist with sample processing, shipping, data entry, and patient registration for trials.
• Support study start-up activities and regulatory paperwork.
