Position Overview

The incumbent works under the general direction of Dr. Santiago Lozano-Calderon and Dr. Soheil Ashkani-Esfahani and collaborates with physicians, clinical nurses, and research staff to conduct research. The position is based at MGH Main Campus and the MGH Foot and Ankle Laboratory.

Responsibilities

1. Organize, establish, and maintain research databases.
2. Extract information from databases for reports, papers, and feedback.
3. Collect, compile, tabulate, and analyze research data.
4. Ensure accurate and timely data entry and review significant data and statistics.
5. Maintain records and serve as a resource for staff and patients.
6. Assist with writing and editing research manuscripts and preparing data and graphics.
7. Present study findings at scientific conferences.

Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of research methodologies, database management, and statistical analysis (preferred).
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
