Job summary

Iterative Health in the United States is seeking a Research Assistant to join our on-site clinical research team in Providence, RI. The RA supports day-to-day trial activities under the PI and site management, assisting coordinators across screening, enrollment, data entry, and compliance within GCP guidelines.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in healthcare, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with CTMS/eCRF.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in standard office software; familiarity with CTMS or eCRF platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Study Team with communicating study requirements to all individuals involved in the study.
• Screen subjects for eligibility using protocol-specific inclusion and exclusion criteria, documenting eligibility or exclusion.
• Register participants in the CTMS to ensure proper billing of study procedures to funding sources.
• Enter patient visit data in eCRF and CTMS on a daily basis or as directed.
• Maintain study files and consent forms in accordance with sponsor requirements and site policies.
• Assist with completing study documentation and maintaining source documentation.
