Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research, LLC is a growing multi-site, multi-phase clinical research company with a network of locations across the United States. The Katy, TX site is part of our Operations team supporting Phase I-IV studies in multiple therapeutic areas.

The Research Assistant (RA) provides essential administrative and clinical support to CRCs, Site Manager, and investigators, ensuring adherence to GCP, ICH, HIPAA, FDA regulations and SOPs.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma and 1 year of administrative / clinical experience is required.
• 1 year or more years of clinical research or clinical experience is preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist CRCs and site staff with study execution per protocol.
• Schedule subjects for study visits and provide appointment reminders.
• Enter data in EDC and respond to data queries and maintain logs.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all site activities.
• Support recruitment and patient enrollment activities as needed.
