Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or graduation equivalent.
• One year of related experience.
• Additional education may substitute for required experience to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and coordinate activities of study participants.
• Explain study background to potential and current participants.
• Develop recruitment strategies for one or more studies.
• Implement recruitment techniques (ads, physicians, community events).
• Set up tools and procedures for data collection and study processes.
• Perform data entry and organize data in approved systems.
• Serve as liaison between study team and IRB for routine administrative matters.
• Prepare routine reports related to study accrual, trends, efficiency issues.
• Contact participants to confirm, schedule, and retain.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Maintain backups of research data and ensure security/confidentiality.
• Organize data across platforms and study phases.
• Administer questionnaires and clinical assessments.
• Collect, process, and handle urine specimens; support biospecimen handling.
• Support participant communication during inpatient CRU stays.
