Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking a Research Assistant II for the General Internal Medicine department. The role is hybrid, 35 hours weekly, supporting multiple clinical studies with administrative duties and data management.

The RA2 will recruit subjects, schedule visits, perform data entry and reporting, and assist with IRB preparations and literature searches as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 1 year relevant experience; Master’s degree waives experience requirement.
• Excellent English communication; bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative aspects of the grant and study operations.
• Recruit subjects and schedule visits; obtain informed consent.
• Data entry, data cleaning, and reporting for studies.
• Prepare IRB documents and correspondence; maintain study records.
