The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. (HJF) seeks a Clinical Research Assistant II to consent participants, collect data, and perform EEGs in support of NICoE programs at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, MD.

The role involves recruiting and screening subjects and ensuring data quality across multiple studies. You will work with DoD researchers on neurofeedback and cognitive rehabilitation projects, handling data management,

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance (T3/Secret).
• Experience with EEG procedures preferred.
• Ability to understand and communicate scientific terminology and research concepts.
• Strong data collection, QA, and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Consent research participants and conduct interviews to collect data.
• Recruit, screen, and consent subjects for studies; collect baseline and follow-up data.
• Maintain EEG equipment, set up and perform EEGs; ensure quality and calibration.
• Establish and maintain study databases and progress reports; may perform data analysis.
• Assist with literature searches, manuscript preparation, and data collection procedures across sites.
• Support protocol development, training, and site visits; help respond to inquiries and manage study documents.
