Job summary

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. (HJF) invites applications for a Clinical Research Assistant I to support the Consortium for Defense Psychology in Bethesda, MD.

You will assist with study coordination, participant recruitment, data entry, and regulatory documentation while liaising with clinic staff and investigators. This on-site role at Joint Base Andrews will contribute to multiple behavioral health studies and provide hands-on experience in

Qualifications

• Knowledge of or ability to learn human-subjects and clinical research procedures.
• Ability to interact professionally with research participants and staff.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently at off-site locations with communication.
• Experience with research data collection or coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple behavioral health studies conducted by the Consortium for Defense Psychology.
• Assist with recruitment, screening, enrollment, and scheduling.
• Conduct informed consent processes per IRB-approved procedures.
• Maintain study data and documentation.
