CPC Clinical Research in Aurora, CO is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to support the execution and management of clinical projects. You will work as a floating resource across Research Operations, Data Management, Site Operations, and more.

Qualifications

• GED or HS Diploma required; Nursing or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of professional clinical research experience (higher degree may be considered).
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly spreadsheets and word processing.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to work with others to promote team effort and achievement.
• Ability to shift priorities quickly while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a floating resource to perform activities in support of project execution and management.
• Assist in Research Operations, Endpoint and Specialty Services, Site Operations, Data Management, Quality Control, and Trial Master File.
• Work with team members to ensure timely deliverables and issue resolution.
• Perform general administrative tasks and preparation of shipments for projects.
• Upload essential documents into the eTMF system and perform quality control reviews.
• Assist with tracking project supplies, site endpoints, and query management.
• Serve as a study coordinator for select projects and support user access requests.
• Perform general data review of study data in EDCs.
