Qualifications

• Equivalency: 1 year of higher education may substitute for 1 year related work experience.
• Preferred bachelor-level degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience with biology, health data, or clinical research preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit participants through clinics, registries, and community events.
• Screen prospective participants via phone and in person per protocol.
• Schedule visits and send reminders to minimize no-shows.
• Maintain logs and report progress to study team.
• Obtain informed consent under PI supervision and maintain records.
• Enter, clean, and manage study data in REDCap or similar systems.
• Perform in-person assessments and data collection per protocol.
• Lead or assist with exercise sessions as needed and monitor safety.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and privacy training requirements.
