You will coordinate study visits, manage biospecimens and devices, and collaborate with investigators and clinical teams to ensure timely, accurate conduct.

Qualifications

• Read, identify and extract pertinent data from medical records.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend medical terminology.
• Experience with Medical Records, Health Information Systems, or related health field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple exercise oncology research studies from start-up to completion.
• Recruit, screen, enroll, and support participants while building relationships.
• Coordinate visits, assessments, schedules, and research activities to meet requirements.
• Maintain complete study records and communicate changes to investigators.
• Coordinate study equipment and supplies, including biodevice kits.
• Work with biological samples, kit preparation, shipping, and inventory.
• Manage and review data, identify missing information, support data projects.
• Collaborate with investigators, clinicians, participants, and sites to keep studies running.
• Contribute to team meetings, special projects, and train new staff.
