Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Nevada is seeking a Research Assistant to support human subject research projects at the Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health. This role conducts data entry, lab processing, and scheduling of activities while collaborating with multiple teams to ensure smooth research operations.

You will assist with study records, tools development, and certification documentation, maintaining a professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, databases and presentation software.
• Ability to perform internet searches.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Continually demonstrates competency with defined requirements for the position.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation and conduct of human subject research projects.
• Perform data entry and lab processing.
• Schedule research activities and coordinate with participants.
• Interact with participants and support cross-team exposure to research operations.
• Assist in development and maintenance of research tools and study records.
• Maintain study personnel certification records and filing systems.
• Order and stock supplies and maintain professional relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
