Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of data collection and reporting processes in a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with legislation and regulatory bodies affecting healthcare practices.
• Experience with office administration tasks and remote/onsite coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist research coordinators with organizing and compiling clinical research data.
• Track and maintain credentialing documentation for staff and researchers.
• Provide clerical support to ensure adherence to research protocols and data quality.
• Inform Principal Investigator of issues related to patient treatment or adverse effects.
• Assist with IRB filings and annual reviews as needed.
• Support enrollment of human subjects when appropriate.
