Qualifications

• Experience using EMR or other healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter clinical trial data into EDC systems accurately and on time.
• Review source documents and records for accurate transcription of participant data.
• Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to submission.
• Resolve data queries with sponsors/CROs and study staff.
• Communicate with coordinators and investigators to fix missing or inconsistent data.
• Maintain audit trails and confidentiality of participant information.
• Support quality control reviews and sponsor monitoring visits.
