Job summary

Elite Clinical Network in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Research Assistant to support clinical studies by handling administrative, data entry, and participant-related tasks under supervision of the CRC and PI. You will ensure accurate data collection, document regulatory compliance, and assist with study visits, consenting, and scheduling, while adhering to GCP and HIPAA standards.

Strong organizational skills and experience in healthcare or research preferred; proficiency with MS Office and data

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a health sciences field preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or research setting strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with clinical trials, GCP, HIPAA, and human subjects research regulations desirable.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with EDC or CTMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing study materials, source documents, and regulatory binders.
• Support participant screening, recruitment, and scheduling in accordance with study protocols.
• Maintain accurate participant logs and assist in tracking enrollment progress.
• Ensure study areas, supplies, and equipment are organized and ready for study visits.
• Accurately record data from source documents into eCRFs or databases.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of participant data per HIPAA and institutional standards.
• Assist in resolving data queries and timely data entry.
• Support document management, filing, and archiving per regulatory requirements.
• Greet and assist study participants during visits to ensure a positive experience.
• Prepare consent materials and provide administrative support during informed consent.
• Escort participants to testing areas and assist staff with noninvasive procedures.
• Follow GCP and institutional policies; support IRB, sponsor, and regulatory agency requirements.
• Participate in site audits, monitoring visits, and internal quality reviews as needed.
• Work closely with coordinators, investigators, and site teams to meet milestones.
• Participate in training and education to stay current with study updates.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.
