A leading organization in clinical research seeks support staff for its Department of Neurology. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in biological or health sciences and possess strong computer skills. Responsibilities include assisting in clinical studies, participant recruitment, and data collection while working in a dynamic research environment with potential evening and weekend hours.
To provide assistance in support of clinical research studies within the Department of Neurology, Division of Cognitive Neurology in partnership with the College of Medicine (COM) Center for Clinical Research Management (CCRM); assists with implementation and coordination of studies; participates in recruitment of study participants; performs behavioral or diagnostic testing; assists with collection maintenance amp; reporting of clinical research data.
Minimum Education Required
Bachelors Degree in biological sciences, health sciences or medical field, or equivalent combination of education experience.
Experience Preferred
Experience in research capacity desired; knowledge or experience in specialty may be desired; experience in phlebotomy may be desired; experience performing basic laboratory procedures to process biological specimens may be desired; computer skill required with knowledge of database software applications desired.

Occasional travel may be required to Ohio State Outpatient Facilities such as New Albany, Dublin, Upper Arlington, Powell, Outpatient East, and Martha Morehouse Pavillion.
Some evening, weekend, or holiday hours may be required as dictated by the clinical research.
