Job summary

Headlands Research in Maplewood, MN is seeking a Clinical Research Assistant to support study visits, collect vital signs, and document data.

We’re seeking a Clinical Research Assistant for our clinical research site located in Maplewood, MN.

Type: Regular Full-time Employee
Schedule: Mondays through Fridays, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay Range: $18-27/hr *Dependent upon relevant experience, certification, and education.
Location: Onsite in Maplewood, MN (no capabilities for remote or hybrid work)
Reports to: Site Director

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with medical terminology and basic laboratory procedures required
  • Prior experience providing direct hands-on patient care preferred
  • Clinical research experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills—you’ll be interacting with participants, providers, and sponsors
  • Passion for improving patient outcomes through research
