Job summary

Ladera Care Center in Albuquerque, NM seeks an LPN MDS Coordinator to join our team. You will manage Medicare/Medicaid case-mix documentation and perform concurrent MDS reviews to support accurate reimbursement for services.

You will educate the interdisciplinary team on case-mix terminology and MDS requirements while collaborating with the Business Office to provide necessary data for billing.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current LPN licensure.
• One year of long-term care nursing experience is required.
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, MDS completion, clinical resource utilization and/or case management is highly desirable.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
