Job summary

Mass General Brigham’s Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Cape Cod is seeking a pharmacist for per diem, onsite at 311 Service Road. You will help optimize drug therapy, support clinical initiatives, and participate in medication safety and transitions of care.

New graduates are welcome; Massachusetts pharmacist license is required, Doctor of Pharmacy preferred, and 2–3 years of experience is desirable. Per diem scheduling offers flexibility while contributing to high-quality patient care on Cape

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in Massachusetts required.
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
• New graduates welcome; 2–3 years of pharmacist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Optimize drug therapy and improve therapeutic outcomes.
• Prescribe medications under CDTM where permitted.
• Document clinical interventions and report adverse drug events.
• Participate in quality improvement and medication safety initiatives.
