HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital in Charleston, SC, invites you to join us as a Clinical Rehab Liaison. You will bridge rehab physicians and administration, advocate for patients, and coordinate information before admissions to ensure smooth transitions.

This on-site role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, on-site evaluations, and community engagement to promote rehabilitation. Experience in inpatient rehab is preferred; CPR/BLS within 90 days; competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have CPR/BLS within 90 days of start date.
• RN license in South Carolina, or RT/RCP, OTR, LPT, SLP as applicable in SC.

Job Summary And Qualifications

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse, or (RRT/RCP-State) Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner, or (OTR) Occupational Therapist Registered, or (LPT) Licensed Physical Therapist, or (SLP) Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of South Carolina
• Previous inpatient rehab and/or liaison type experience preferred
